Trio Takes Stage At Festival
Performance review
Michigan-based trio "organissimo" played an hour and a half set as the 2010 Gilmore Keyboard Festival noon concert series continued Thursday at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
The group -- Jim Alfredson on the Hammond B-3 organ, Joe Gloss on guitar and Randy Marsh on drums --performed with a tight blend of rock, gospel, blues and fusion with songs that included "Jimmy Smith Goes to Washington" and "[Life Wish]."
