Tips for buying Tickets to Big Venue Shows

While I've slept over-night outside in all sorts of weather, er ... in all sorts of stages of inebreation, to score good seats back in the day, I must now go to the internet to try to procure a few seats for a Hilary Duff concert. Don't want to do it yet as this sets up a whole can o' worms for what the future will bring, but it's the calling.

Now I know a bunch of you bobby-soxers out there regulally go for the hair-metal bands and stop short at this sort of yowsa wink wink bubble gum stuff but if there are any tips as to how to get some goodies for a decent price let me have em. eBay is already looking like at least a couple of OOP Mosaic sets for the taking. OUCH!$
