So, just maybe, a ludicrously cold late-March is the prelude to the much anticipated barbecue summer....

....or NOT!

Not holding my breath either. Another mud-bath at Swanage this year?

How else are you going to relive Woodstock?

I thought March '63 was a lot colder than '62.

And I thought that March '13 was colder than ever. It is, and has been for weeks, FUCKING BITTER!

Just goes to show. These temperature things don't take into account a persistent north wind.

Guess I shouldn't mention how we're experiencing weather in the 80s the past week here in Southern California. :w

Glorious early spring day. Temperatures are still unusually low but with the sun out it's tee shirt in the garden time.

Once the sun has gone it get very cold though. Apparently it's so cold we have no wheat. Expect bread riots in the near future and, perhaps, a storming of Wormwood Scrubs.

Nearing the end of the so called rainy season. Cloudy and a mild 25 but quite humid in the night.

As soon as the rainy season ends the temperature will jump overnight to 33-35 with nights a wilting 25.

That's when the air conditioner goes to work
