catesta Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 Very hot (high 90s to lows 100s) in Phoenix these past few days. Back in New York we are expecting temps in the 80s for the weekend. Quote
James Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 It was unseasonably hot over the weekend and Monday. Tuesday was a little better, but today it's apparently gone back to the more normal for April bone-chilling cold. Same phenom here in SoCal, but needless to say the temperatures here were higher. Pretty gloomy/grey right now. Quote
ghost of miles Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 Spring is here for sure in Bloomington--beautiful 70s/80s weather for Little 500 weekend. Quote
BERIGAN Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 It has been so rainy and so cool for most of the spring! 3-4 days ago, the high was only in the mid to upper 60's in Atlanta. 90 today! Quote
paul secor Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 70ish and sunny today, but supposedly high 80's tomorrow. Too hot, too soon - at least for here. Quote
BruceH Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 Spring is here for sure in Bloomington--beautiful 70s/80s weather for Little 500 weekend. I see you're a fan of Breaking Away. Good movie. A little windy, but not too cold here. Mid-50's. Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 Around 4 inches of rain this week. Today in the '50s F with cloud cover. Can't wait to be bitching about the heat. Quote
catesta Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Over 100 for the next 6 days Crap Shit dude, buckle up 'cause I think summer is upon you. Quote
AndrewHill Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 Still on the cooler side, with lots of rain and highs sticking around 65 degrees...now that's my kind of weather! Quote
B. Goren. Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 The spring is already here. The temp is 20°C- 25°C. Time to go to the beach. Quote
AndrewHill Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 This has been the wildest rain season ever. There's been hardly a day that has gone by that it hasn't rained. Quote
7/4 Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Yeah...wet. It's dark too....half the time, it's dark. It's dark right now. Quote

papsrus Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Oppressive heat. Feels-like temperature was around 110 the other day. Remains hot and humid through the night. Quote
BillF Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 The cool English summer. 18C in Manchester today. Mixture of cloud and sunshine. Abundant green foliage because of recent showers. Altogether very pleasant. Quote
SGUD missile Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 The cool English summer. 18C in Manchester today. Mixture of cloud and sunshine. Abundant green foliage because of recent showers. Altogether very pleasant. After 18 straight rainless days ( unusual for the PNW ) the temp is around 68F / 50 F . Sorta normal for the Seattle - Vancouver BC area. A few weeks ago it was in the high 80Fs for a few days. This was QUITE abnormal for the PNW -and not pleasant! ( fortunately , after living in the Dallas TX area for many years, the first thing I did after moving to the PNW was put in AC - just in case. on several occasions over the past 10 or so years, I've been very glad for that decision ! ) Quote
paul secor Posted June 22, 2009 Report Posted June 22, 2009 Pleasant - low 70's, off & on rain. I'm getting a bit tired of rain everyday, but that's sure better than oppressive heat, which I'm sure will be coming sometime or other. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 Damn...it's hotter than hell and humid as a sauna. I feel like I'm back in Louisiana! Quote
AndrewHill Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 First day in a solid week where it didn't rain. Quote
Tom 1960 Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 This has been the wildest rain season ever. There's been hardly a day that has gone by that it hasn't rained. For the month of June it rained 25 out of 30 days and the first 3 days of July it's also rained. Today however the weather is beautiful and more of the same is expected for tomorrow. Temps around 80. Hope to hop on the bike at some point over the weekend. Quote
