Thunderous, driving rain woke us before six this morning.

Slowed down now but cloudy and soggy.

The weather this month has been dreadful with vegetable prices high after widespread crop destruction.

Low 20's here - lower with the wind chill, plus about 10" of snow so far and still coming down. I can't complain, since this is the most snow we've had all winter, plus I can just stay home. It used to be that I had to go into work no matter what the weather was, so retirement has its perks, even if it means that I'm old.

February 23 and almost 90°

(32°C for you Celsiusts and 305°K for you Braxtonites)

It might be useful to know where your "here" is.  (And where Anthony Braxton is....:P)

It reached 18 Celsius in Toronto today...an all-time warmest day for the city.

The rainy season has fizzled out ahead of time. It's very hot, 35 on Thursday, 35 yesterday and 36 C  today.

I went for run at 5.00 am but was so knackered and drenched with sweat I gave up after 6 km.

Looks like we are looking at about ten weeks of this heat.

Good luck with the 2020 Olympics  LOL.

Glorious clear skies, flat calm sea and temperature in the 20s last night in Swanage, Dorset. Perfect English seaside conditions.

With Jean Toussaint and his fine young band in the Marquee doing Jazz Messsengers tunes with great aplomb, who could ask for more. Just about to head off back..:)

it's hot here, just hot all the time. I couldn't imagine going any further south, this humidity and heat just drains the energy out of me

Your weather is almost identical to Tokyo. I know how you feel.

Today

High 35C/95F Humidity 68

Low 26C/79F Humidity 95

Had the mother of all thunderstorms late yesterday afternoon.

It was so intense my missus was clinging to me for dear life!

Went to the park for a run today but there was so much debris and mud I had to give it up and go a different route.

Perfect day.  A little early morning rain to settle the dust.  High temp a very autumn-y 38C/99F.  Warmer days coming.  Enjoy today.

It's taken me two autumns to get it into my thick skull, but I've finally learned that 2/3 of Tampa-area rain comes between June 1 and September 30.  Haven't really seen a drop in temp yet but I'm cool with almost no rain. No rain means much less grass cutting.
