Looking for a specific solo piano jazz album from the 80s

Hi there, back in the early 80s I fell in love with a solo jazz piano track from what I believe is a northern European artist. The album cover, from memory, showed three photos of small waves coming to the shore. The track which still haunt me, had a very repetitive chord, kinda of similar to The Cure by Keith Jarret.

I remember reading somewhere that Ondas is one of Manfred Eicher's favorite albums in the entire ECM catalog.
