gk2003 Posted April 17 Report Posted April 17 I’ve made no final decisions yet. But I am considering parting out an A100, and putting a couple inexpensive midi controllers in the cabinet to play an emulator. The amps need some TLC. They would need new capacitors and new wiring, to replace what’s been baking in that console for 65 years now. Likewise the capacitors and wiring everywhere else. Also of course the oiling thread is brittle and no longer transmitting oil. The tonewheel generator worked as of the last time I started it, but has not been started in a couple years. The vibrato scanner could use a cleaning and rebuild. Keys and drawbars work perfectly; keys are intact with no damage. All switches are operational. Pedals work. So I would imagine the following parts: - amp package -tonewheel generator/starter motor - Switches - Vibrato scanner - Upper and lower manuals - Pedals etc. I’m just looking to see if anyone has use for these, or perhaps someone wants the whole organ to work on. I also have a Leslie 710 that I would no longer need. So if anyone has feedback, let me know. Remember I’ve made no final decisions…. I’m just beginning to explore this. NYC metro area. Quote
