My often played copy is not perfect. It has hiccups during 'Hittin' the bottle' take. It's not a disaster if the booklet is missing. I have that. But the CD must be perfect.

I also  looked at Discogs and other websides to no avail.

International I use Paypal. Within Europe I can also pay by bank transfer (IBAN)
