Question About Podcasting Host Websites

Since my station doesn't offer podcasts of programs as an option for volunteer produced shows, I was using archive.org for mine. After they were attacked in October and still weren't back on line to upload new shows, I thought about looking for another website.

Mixcloud was recommended, but there rules do not fit the format of my program at times, as you can only play three tracks by one artist. Sometimes I feel like doing a deep dive into an artist whom I've collected for decades and possibly interviewed as well. 

Do you have any recommendations?

I archive my shows at Substack, but I have to follow FCC rules for the station.
I don't see that rule at Substack.
