Later this month, Solid Records in Japan is releasing Vol 1 of a Baker concert from this date.  Vol. 2 is planned to be released in January 2025.  CDJapan has both discs: https://www.cdjapan.co.jp/searchuni?q=Chet+baker+sendai

Apparently, this is the first time this music has been released on cd.

First thought it might be a new edition of "Live in Tokyo" which is the best live recording of the late great Chet Baker up to date.
Didn´t know that he played further dates in Japan than this legendary concert at Hitomi-Kine-Kodo, Tokyo, June 14, 1987.
But of course Sendai is not Tokyo. So if those newly published Sendai dates are of similar quality both discs might be a real treasure.

According to CDJapan information, the pianist and bassist on "Sendai" are different from those musicians used on "Live in Tokyo". "Sendai": Michel Graillier on piano and Ricardo Del Fra on bass.  "Live in Tokyo": Harold Danko on piano and Hein Van de Geyn on bass.  John Engel is listed on drum on both cds.
