Chicago record stores (other than Dusty Groove) & live jazz venues

Hello everyone.  It's been a long while since I shopped or went to live jazz gigs in Chicago.  A London friend who is visiting Chicago want some recommendations for record stores (used jazz vinyl) and live jazz venues in Chicago.  Aside from Dusty Groove, what would you recommend?  Sorry if I am repeating requests that have been made many times before.

An awful lot of the stores I went to are gone (Dr Wax and Rose Records - sigh) but Reckless Records is still around.  It carries both CDs and vinyl.  It doesn't specialize in jazz like Dusty Groove, but the one in Wicker Park (in Milwaukee just off the Blue Line) has a fair selection of everything.  https://www.reckless.com/

Yeah, that's it, thanks. 

If the Dusty Groove Delmark selection is any indicator, they might be dumping some excess inventory. Maybe. Might be worth a visit anyway.

As for live venues, I can easily recommend the Jazz Showcase and the Green Mill.

Shuga Records has a pretty good selection of new & used LPs. It's not nearly as extensive as Dusty Groove or Bob's Blues & Jazz Mart -- but it's still worth a visit, imo.
