Looking for Bill Evans - Waltz for Debby - AP gold CD, mastered by Doug Sax

I am looking for a M- or at least Exc+ copy of the Analogue Productions gold CD of Bill Evans - Waltz for Debby - AP CAPJ 009, mastered by Doug Sax. I am willing to pay 50 euros or $55, plus shipping, to be paid on or after July 24 (payday for me 🙂). Note that I'm in the Netherlands, so shipping within Europe would be preferable to minimize cost. Shipping from US is OK, though that would probably be quite expensive. PayPal only, NO family/friends.

Note: I am NOT interested in the AP SACD that was apparently also mastered by Doug Sax, just the GOLD CD.
