mjzee Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 I had his first album, on Capricorn. And I liked his character Willard Craft on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. RIP. Quote
GA Russell Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 (edited) RIP Martin Mull! I was a frequent viewer of Fernwood 2Night. I remember his telling a concert audience that one of his songs was called, "You Came Across on the Mayflower, So What's Wrong with the Holiday Inn?" I was surprised to read a few years ago that he was the author of the quote frequently attributed to Charles Mingus, "Writing about music is like dancing about architecture." BFrank Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 Fernwood 2 Night was hilarious. Just about every episode was genius. Quote
sgcim Posted July 12 Report Posted July 12 "America Tonight" with him and Jerry Willard got me through the worst summer of my life. All I looked forward to was that show every weeknight. Then I heard this song on a comedy show on the radio, and I had no idea who it was. I finally found out it was from one of his albums. There are three versions, but this was the best one. RIP MM.
