clifford_thornton Posted July 31, 2005 Report Posted July 31, 2005 Gitin has seen just about every group in its prime, I think! Today: upgraded to a tight orange/black stereo copy of Rolf and Joachim Kuhn "Impressions of NY," cover just a mild crease and a pinhole. Forgot how much I liked that record... Quote

king ubu Posted August 10, 2005 Report Posted August 10, 2005 Claude, "Abstract" is a terrific disc! (And probably pretty hard to find soon, to!) My most recent additions: - Sittin' in (the Verve LPR with Dizzy et.al.) - Soul on Top (that sucka by James Brown with Louie Bellson, arr. O. Nelson -WHOAH!) and the O'Day Mosaic (which was delivered very fast, too, but cost 30$ or something freakin' crazy to ship!) Quote

tonym Posted August 12, 2005 Author Report Posted August 12, 2005 Bobby Hutcherson's 'Oblique'. The RVG, which for us, means it's a Copy Controlled jobbie. Nevermind, should still be good and something new to listen to while CDBaby do their thing with my next incoming: 'This Is The Place' Quote
7/4 Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Eying that Paul Chambers Mosaic Select, but I'd like to wait until next month. I'm trying to cut down on buying things. (don't look at my previous posts in this thread!) Quote
