Besides having a wonderful meal poured with a delicious Languedoc wine, and showing me his absolutely stunning record collection, he led me through the twists and turns of Paris second hand jazz stores. Better than some of the Bordeaux classified growths. As for being generous, EKE does not mention that I picked the restaurant and the wine and HE footed the bill!
