Importcds. I trust they are legit in your eyes. If not I'll be upset that I didn't check with you first. I bought your two Von Freeman's (Have No Fear and Serenades and Blues), Warne Marsh and Eddie Johnson. Why it took me so long to order these I have no idea, but I'm looking forward to finally hearing them.

They are legit and relatively cheap. I've purchased quite a few CDs from them. Their customer service is only so-so in my experience, but I've hardly had problems with my orders.

I will, but I know I'll love the music. In addition your commitment to not just the music but the musicians and their families comes through loud and clear in all the work you do as well as in your posts that I've read for years now.

I will share this though. When listening to various sound samples, our two dogs got a little agitated during those from Nonaah so I thought I better pass (for now). :-)

Edited to say this was in response to Chuck's last post. Forgot to use the "quote" feature.

I know it's kind of pointless to write another post before I've heard these but, after doing a series of searches, I'm also looking forward to hearing John Young on three of these albums. (On my IPad I can't seem to access the emoticons, specifically the excited one).

3 from KV:

-Resonance Ensemble - Whose Country is This? (Not Two)

-Topology Nonet - Impressions of Po Music (Okkadisk)

-DKV Trio - Wels/Chicago 1998 (Okkadisk)

I need a new copy of Wels/Chicago

Last 2 tracks on disc 2 remain the pinnacle for this trio: Blues for Tomorrow and Burning Sky

But I've never believed they weren't based on charts

Well I placed my order Friday AM and the two Okkadisks got to South Louisiana today. Holy moly. Looking forward to checking those out.
