If they were both signed to Blue Note at the time, wouldn't this record label still have to get permission from Blue Note to release it now?  Or does the "50-year rule" negate that now?

I noticed that the original Jazz Messengers link, under Customers who bought this product also bought, links to a similar Blossom Dearie vinyl package at the same price. But the Dearie is Currently unavailable. 😢Must have sold out. 😄
