I believe these kind of statements are part of the problem and easy to change. It's no problem to wait a little more, just mention you're preparing everything to ship but don't make any time predictions if you can't make them true. That would save lots of frustrations, annoyance and wories by lots of people I believe. Cause I didn't get any shipping notice, did anyone?

I never have received shipping notices from them, but the CD's have always shown up eventually.

Well i've paid almost 50 dollars for shipping and chances are big customs will pick up the package so a T&T would be very much welcome.... And again: if you say you're going to do something, you should do it.....

Got my CDs today from SoundOhm – yowzah! They missed one and included another one twice, so I'll have to deal with a return – but compared with what we assumed the situation to be just a few weeks ago, that's pretty great!

I contacted Nimbus too a couple days ago, haven't heard back. Galling to see Dusty Groove has them but not me

Matt did respond to my mail. All Nimbus mail comes in my spam folder so you might wanna check that too.
