For instance, if he's lawyered up (which is very possible), no attorney would let him do that. Quote Hello, The IUCC discs will be arriving within the next 5-10 days and shipment will commence immediately- my friend Rebecca (nimbuswest.recordings@gmail) is helping with label operations now and ALL ORDERS WILL DEFINITELY BE FULFILLED, there was never a plan to run off with anyones $$, i promise you that… I acknowledge that i personally should have been more open about the reasons for the delays, but as it involves intimate details about my own declining heath, it’s been seriously tough to admit and open up about in any meaningful way. It is no excuse though and i understand there are many upset people.. With Rebecca here, things are set up now so that no matter what happens to me, the remaining cd/vinyl releases will be unimpeded by further delays. the last 3 IUCC releases are currently finishing up the final stage of physical production and shall be delivered to all in the coming weeks- kind regards / bright moments Matt ps / we’re working on the website / will return soon Quote
