What qualities do you like to see in others

I admire courage, both moral and physical courage.

I like people with personality. I really like pleasant people with a good sense of humor.

I admire determination and loyalty. I like people who are comfortable with themselves; they don't have to be greatly educated. As long as they are comfortable with themselves, then I will be too. B)

I do like people who are kind, but strangely I prefer the above listed qualities. I guess I just assume that people who value loyalty and who are courageous are also kind. (Maybe that's a stretch.)

Seriously, though; I really admire the people who go out of their way to make others feel welcome. You know, the ones at a party or gathering who step away from their friends to talk to the wallflowers, or the ones at a company event who go out of their way to talk to the new hires. I always appreciated that back in my shy days (yes, they existed!), and I try...but some people are really good at it!

Also people who are laid back and know when certain things in life will not matter tomorrow.
