I have volumes 1 - 8 but will not sell. Anything you need scanned is another question.

Thanks for that photo, Chuck. I have vols 5-8 (aka just the hardcover ones), but  never knew vols 1-4 were smaller and paperback.

Volume 4 is a hardcover - thinner paper and 210 pages vs 304 in vol 5.

Ah, right -- didn't notice that Vol 4 was hardcover when I looked this morning on my phone.  Maybe I'll try and track that one down.

Actually, if it didn't break the bank too badly -- I'd love to have all of vols 1-4 too -- but I suspect that'd set me back more than I'm really interested in doing.

I believe 1-4 are available in soft and hard cover.  The catch is that those four are printed on magazine stock.  I can’t read them without worrying that I’ll rip a page.
