Symphony Hall Boston.jpg

Keith Jarrett Trio – Boston 1986 … Japan s.d.

Rec. live at Symphony Hall, Boston, MA, March 18, 1986.

Excellent concert performance, sparing the listener in vast parts of   Jarrett's "vocalising" .... btw interesting, that his best live performances remained officially unissued, as the Boston concert was a "Japan only" release .... even worse, likely his strongest recording (in excellent sound)

remained unreleased at all .... makes me still wonder why Manfred Eicher didn't take this up for ECM 🧐🤔 ....
