Ordered this morning (less than 5 hours after receiving the alert email) and did notice the 'available on backorder' above the button to purchase.

Hoping the initial run didn't already sell out!

doubtful -- that probably just means it hasn't landed yet. I have not seen any in stores and surely they'd be kicking around already if it had been released.

I like your optimism, Clifford! I suppose it's just language they added because it's a pre-order and not shipping immediately.

The Black Unity Trio LP did sell out its first pressing after a couple months, but they repressed and it's been available ever since. So I'm not worried about it.

Glad this album will circulate a bit more widely. It's great, but if I had to plunk down 2023 money for an original, I would not do so.

Great to see this one gets released. Will not pre-order from the States for all the extra costs but definitely buy a copy when available here in Europe.
