The Lost Recordings.

I’ve never heard of this label before today. All of these recordings listed are live. Has anyone ever bought anything from these folks?

If you search there are discussions of these recordings on the forum. I myself have bought half a dozen of the cd versions. I like this series a lot. I have bought mine from amazon or eBay.

I presume the Evans (1968 Hilversum) is the same as the Resonance issue from the last year or two?

Is there a discussion of the Blakey anywhere?  If not, has anyone here heard it and how is it?

They appear to be the same--I have only heard the second released, the aResonance (on cd).

I have the 2 cd release. I like it a lot, great sound.

If it bothers you, I have been told that these releases have not been licensed so they are technically bootlegs.

If I see the music on a Amazon Prime or YouTube, I'll give it a listen, but they aren't getting any of my money.
