It seems they've totally disappeared ...

I looked on discogs, the OP seems to be out of luck if CDs required. Plenty of Concord titles listed on CD, but older albums vinyl only. Made a token search at bandcamp but found nothing at all.

You have to ask yourself, "Do I really want/need these?" In these albums the band mostly covers pop tunes for AM radio play. Very little real jazz. I had 2 or 3 of these which I junked.

Sorry, missed that CDs or downloads were wanted. Most of the listings had rather banal pop songs, I doubt that anyone is interested in reissuing them.
