How do you guys store these? I purchased a vinyl box a long time ago and have about 50-60 sets/booklets but I don't think my setup is good for long term care. I know the booklets are valuable. Thanks,

What could happen in the long term? Are you referring to our lifetime or even longer? If the objective is that they should remain possible to read, it seems as if it would be sufficient to keep them in each box.

One thing to watch is humidity in the room where you store Mosaic booklets. I had my mine with my other music in an air conditioned basement in our first house yet mildew appeared on the booklets. In our second house I added both a dehumidifier and had a Mitsubishi air/heat unit installed, running both to control the humidity. It looks like I may have to do that once more in our current home, as the library is over the garage.

Fortunately I don’t have to use a storage unit, but I woul be careful using one to store anything of value. Unless it is an indoor unit with, heat, air and security, it is far too easy for someone to cut a lock and empty a unit. I had a co-worker whose unit suffered that gate.

My unit is climate controlled and secure. More climate controlled than my house! I've had no issue for over six years.

I keep mine in the Mosaic boxes and make sure I go through them during the summer to make sure there's no mildew on them.

That’s a regular check every Spring. Boxes and booklets. Fortunately it wipes off easily.
