I think Ron got a pretty hard time for his CD transfers from the late 80s/ early 90s. In my view I think they stand up pretty well and he deserves more credit. Hope he enjoys his well earned retirement.

Agree with Clunky and even if you don’t fully agree, he had a very long career. Hope he enjoys his retirement.

There won’t be careers like his in the 21st century. One of the villains on the old Blue Note board (along with Norah Jones and a few others), which seems pretty ridiculous now.

I can name more McMaster titles that I like than dislike, that's for sure. I missed all the controversial hoopla back in the day and am thankful for that.
