On Scottish trumpeter Jimmy Deuchar's excellent 1957 album "Pub Crawling" (recorded in Great Britain and released over here on Contemporary), every track is named after a different British beer or ale -- "IPA Special," "Colne Springs," "E," "Treble Gold," "Bass House," and "Final Selection."

Rudy Toombs also wrote the very clever "One Mint Julep", first made a hit by the Clovers and later recorded by Freddie Hubbard and Ray Charles (separately) as an instrumental.  It's main lick (which no doubt pre-dates the song) gets quoted in solos all the time.

Scotch and Water--Cannonball Adderley

Avila and Tequila--Art Blakey

Pink Lady--The Great Jazz Trio

One Mint Julep--countless artists

-- I'm guessing there may be hundreds!

There are plenty of rock and blues songs titled after alcoholic beverages. I’d imagine blues leans towards whiskey.

Jazz...

Days of Wine and Roses

Gil Evans - New Bottle Old Wine

Jackie Mclean - New Wine in Old Bottles

Manhattan Project - Old Wine, New Bottles

How about Lush Life ? Strayhorn hits it direct - “ jazz and cocktails”.
