bebopbob Posted April 9, 2020 Author Report Posted April 9, 2020 I don’t remember the Cleveland recording Bartok - the Guarneri Quartet released a set of the six quartets for RCA in the early 1980s, which were good but not exceptional or unique in their interpretation IMHO. Quote

ejp626 Posted January 11, 2024 Report Posted January 11, 2024 I came fairly close to putting in an order on Amazon (where it is back-ordered) but I just have so many classical box sets that I can't sell back to any music stores in Toronto that it just isn't worth it. It looks like a solid majority of the recordings are on streaming sites, so I think I'll just satisfy the itch that way. Quote
