Omnivore to release the complete Art Pepper Artist House recordings

Anyone care to offer an insight regarding the sound on this set. If it’s an app improvement on the Galaxy set I’ll be interested. I find the low volume sound and poor presentation of the 16CD ( cheap Euro edition ) set a real deterrent.

With the new Mobley Mosaic in shipping limbo, this set is now very tempting. I really like Pepper's clarinet playing.

Artists House is what producer John Snyder rose up out of the ashes of A&M Horizon.

Very surprised that this has already turned up on iTunes (and Spotify?), but this does give you an opportunity to sample if you are still on the fence.
