I must admit I never heard him play, only knew his name.

I heard him in the 80´s . I think he was from the avantgarde-jazz scene from Graz. "The Karlheinz Miklin-Trio'".

Came across The Rooter on Bandcamp while sleuthing a different version of Peace in a Blindfold test.  Listening now, it's sounding good.  Not very out, just contemporary for its time (1982).
