It’s a 1970 live date recorded in NY.  Issued by Rockbeat Records. Two cds of material.

 By the way, this is an authorized issue or re-issue, not a knockoff; Butterfield’s son wrote a blurb for the release (there are no liner notes) and the release was made with the family’s permission.
