His fifth album (1974) as a leader soloist, and it's a milestone in his career and in the history of flamenco guitar. Issued by Island in the UK and USA the following year, as simple as "Paco". The technical skills shown in this album had not been achieved by any flamenco guitarist before and, honestly, I think it is still unsurpassed. It was the choice of smiley face that made me wonder. *** Although I have the cd, I picked up this LP at one of my estate sales earlier this year. Cleaned it and sounds good.
