Are you referring to the Naxos King Jazz Legends CD series? Neither them nor the 4CD box set on JSP have more precise info. Nor Bruyninckx.

I have the 1991 Vintage Jazz set of these and will check the booklet when I get home from the station.

Just remembered that the set's here at the station, on loan to a colleague who's working (as am I) on a couple of NKC centennial programs.  I just checked the booklet, and it offers the same month-only references that you list above.

I don't have a copy, but for pre-1950 Cole recordings like this, I'd check the Straighten Up and Fly Right discography. You might be able to borrow a copy via interlibrary loan.
