catesta Posted March 10, 2004 Author Report Posted March 10, 2004 I think Johnny Sack is going to make short work of Carmine's son once Carmine is out of the picture. I could see that happening. Quote
PHILLYQ Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 I'm dying to see what happens with Adriana and the FBI(The puke scene from last season was stunning, it was so unexpected.). Christopher would just explode! Quote
Dmitry Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 This season is going to be the bloodiest of them all. Trust me. Quote
Dmitry Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 The first one to get whacked should be Anthony Jr, that punk pisses me off... Quote
catesta Posted March 10, 2004 Author Report Posted March 10, 2004 Word! Dude is a terrible actor, and as for the character, his crying mommy like a little girl when he saw the bear makes knocking him off a necessity. Quote
Son-of-a-Weizen Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 Catesta, I heard you have a thing for Meadow? Quote
Dmitry Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 It was the 2nd time Chrissy showed his really ugly side. Is he still on H? That poor waiter is still in my eyes. Quote
catesta Posted March 10, 2004 Author Report Posted March 10, 2004 I kept expecting Paulie to pull out a couple of bills to give the waiter and have reason to be even more pissed at Chrissy, instead he shoots the guy. Quote
kulu se mama Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 i think paulie was going to help out the waiter and bail out christopher, but then the waiter mouthed off and christopher threw that rock at him. at that point they had almost no choice, but to shoot him. aj's crying mommy is one of the only false moves i've seen in the entire series. i just don't buy him crying so easily upon seeing a bear. and what 16 year old uses the term mommy. i understand what david chase is trying to accomplish story wise, but it felt like and akward stretch. catesta Posted March 10, 2004 Author Report Posted March 10, 2004 Catesta, I heard you have a thing for Meadow? No, not really, she can look cute at times and is a bit more appealing now that she has matured, but I never really had a thing for her. My big problem with her is like with the kid that plays Anthony Jr., she's just not much of an actor. Quote
catesta Posted March 10, 2004 Author Report Posted March 10, 2004 (edited) i think paulie was going to help out the waiter and bail out christopher, but then the waiter mouthed off and christopher threw that rock at him. at that point they had almost no choice, but to shoot him. What did Christopher say after he hit him with the rock? "Don't they have medicine for these guys?" Paulie's response was something like "fuck that, he'll say we hit him with a brick." BAM! Christopher while running away...."That's my money Paulie!" Edited March 10, 2004 by catesta Quote
Dmitry Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 I wish Tony bought that beach home. Imagine the parties we would've witnessed... Quote
catesta Posted March 11, 2004 Author Report Posted March 11, 2004 I was a little disappointed they didn't bring a clear end to that story with the beach house. I'm sure Tony got his money back, but I would have liked to have seen how. Quote
PHILLYQ Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 Catesta, If I'm not mistaken, Tony was dealing with an obnoxious lawyer who refused to return Tony's deposit. Tony had a couple of henchmen drop anchor very close to the lawyer's house and proceed to blast Dean Martin, etc. at very high volume, so high that the lawyer couldn't even entertain guests on his deck. The lawyer still didn't want to return the deposit, but his wife talked him into it. Quote
catesta Posted March 11, 2004 Author Report Posted March 11, 2004 Yeah, I remember the Dean Martin blasting from the boat, and the lawyer's wife getting pissed, however it would have been nice to see the attorney have to give Tony his money back. They probably sent "Bear-Nuts" Testa to make him an offer he couldn't refuse. Quote
Dmitry Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 That would be the Black Bear. I saw a parrot nest today on a lamp pole on 16th avenue and bay ridge parkway. How they made it in Bensonhurst through this winter AND had offspring is beyond me. Quote
wesbed Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 I'm enjoying a Labatte Blue (not great, but not bad either) and a sandwich before I go to bed. Damn, tomorrow morning is MONDAY morning. I was flipping through the channels to catch The Sopranos and Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO. But, I waited too late and the shows are done for the day. I'll have to catch them later in the week. Quote
kulu se mama Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 help me out - who is that snitch? should i recognize him? did tony whack the wrong guy? Quote
PHILLYQ Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 The snitch is CARMINE- he didn't die, and the stroke was just a set up to get him physically out of the picture and into the witness protection program. So now we have Carmine(Look out, Johnny Sack!!!) and Adrianna both snitching to the feds. Should be very interesting... Carmine snitching makes Johnny Sack look brilliant for wanting to whack Carmine, even if that's not why he wanted to whack him. Quote
Dmitry Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 The snitch is NOT Carmine, but another old guy who looks like him. Carmine is 6 feet under. However, Johnny Sack is probably going to whack Carmine's son in the near future to gain full control of the New York crew. Loved Steve Buschemi, btw. Quote
catesta Posted March 15, 2004 Author Report Posted March 15, 2004 (edited) Excellent episode!!! How about Junior? Uncle Junior: Make us a couple of eggs....., so you and Tony Egg. Tony: Tony Egg? Tony B! Edited March 15, 2004 by catesta Quote
catesta Posted March 15, 2004 Author Report Posted March 15, 2004 help me out - who is that snitch? should i recognize him? did tony whack the wrong guy? The snitch is Ray Curto, he's one of the capos. He's not seen every often. He has been a snitch since way back when Big Pussy was. Quote
Harold_Z Posted March 22, 2004 Report Posted March 22, 2004 Enjoyed the show last night! Frankie Vincent quotes Louis Prima: "Next time there'll be no next time." I wonder if Frankie ad libbed that line. I know he knows the tune. Quote
