paul secor Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 I can imagine that the whole process is both stressful and exciting - probably more exciting once you reach your destination. Quote

lipi Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Oh, this is a fun game! I see the Ella Fitzgerald Song Books next to, I think, the Charlie Christian "Genius of the Electric Guitar" set? Quote
sidewinder Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 That JATP LP on the floor, LHS looks interesting. Plus at least one Mosaic big box holding out on the racks, by the looks of it. Good luck with the move ! Quote
soulpope Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Leaving some history behing ... have a safe move though .... Quote
The Magnificent Goldberg Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Moving a big collection IS tough. Are you taking your shelves too, or having new ones made? Happy move though, Chuck. MG Quote
CJ Shearn Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Good luck! People say my collection of 700+ discs is too much, it's nothing compared to over 6,000 discs! Quote

I moved mine six years ago, and it's only gotten bigger since. I'll join everybody else in wishing you good luck with it, Chuck! gregmo Quote
mjzee Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Yes, of course, good luck on the move! And enjoy Buffalo. Quote

Chuck Nessa Posted April 14, 2018 Author Report Posted April 14, 2018 So around 6 tonight Ann heard a bang in the garage, where all our stuff is stored. A large limb from a neighbor"s tree is impaled in the garage roof, just above my cds. Fun abounds. Quote
J.A.W. Posted April 14, 2018 Report Posted April 14, 2018 Good luck with the move. Buffalo seems to be nice, a former US contact of mine lives there. Quote

When we had the storms here a month ago or so, we lost many a tree limb but fortunately none hit the house. Quote
