Fair enough .... still hard to believe Byard + Davis + Dawson didn`t make him feel comfortable (or at least didn`t challenge him in a positive way ....) as he was used to co-operate with strong individualists like Daniel Humair, George Gruntz, Gordon Beck, Henri Texier, and Ron Mathewson for years ....

I've loved this album ever since it first came out.  Given his large discography, this album may often get overlooked, but it has some really strong material and performances on it.
