Peter Friedman
Disc 2 - has sets by Rex Stewart, Jack Teagarden, Sandy Williams, J.C. Higginbotham, Jimmy Jones, Babe Mathews & joe thomas. In season 4 of the Netflix TV series "Bosch" there is a scene where detective Bosch, a serious jazz fan is listening to a track by the Jack Teagarden Big Eight, and comments leave that on because a Ben Webster solo is coming next. That material is on this CD.

paul secor
Brubeck & Desmond: The Duets 1975 I was looking through some LPs and read Nat Hentoff's obituary/memories of Paul Desmond in the Artists House release - one of the finest, most heartfelt pieces that Mr. Hentoff ever wrote - and felt the need to listen to this.
