The small typeface on a dark background makes the booklet almost unreadable for this old fart.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks so.

Another cold morning! This is helping me ease into the day.

Disc 3. I’m really enjoying the music and the mastering on this box set. Seems that this vintage period of jazz is less appreciated than others, but I’ve long enjoyed these players and their work.

Listening to Bob Crosby singing brings back memories of my Dad singing these sort of songs to we kids back when we were little. He had a very similar voice and style. Cracked us up! Wish I could hear it again.

Enjoying George Wettling’s drumming on these discs. He was quite a drummer and artist!

Really more of an AK Salim record than a Newborn Jr one.

We really don't have enough discussions about this era of jazz here. I wouldn't know where to start with Crosby but I like what I've heard.

Start at the beginning!

Right now

One of my favorite albums of the 'Seventies, still sounding pretty good though a bit worn.

Nice idea. I'm going to stick that one on too.

The CD is excellent . 79 minutes.

That's good to hear. I was pretty confident it would be given the trio's previous releases. Just announced a date at my favourite venue for February too

👍 Good one. "I Remember Clifford" is a fine track.
