Ron McClure - Match Point and Age of Peace (both Steeplechase)

Love McClure´s quartet recordings with Jed Levy (tenor sax) and guitarist Bob DeVos.
Drummer Jeff Brillinger is excellent as ever. Both albums enjoy exclusively with splendid originals.

One of the weirdest album covers I own. Is he trying to convey that his saxophone is like baby Jesus in a manger? I mean... he looks like he's praying over it and those are sheep in the background, right?
