jazzbo Posted June 16 Report Posted June 16 (edited) Monday Michiru “Tomorrow’s Sunrise” remixes from “Optimista” cd Just talked with my brother Les and the three stents are doing well and he sounded tired but GOOD. He will probably be going home tomorrow. His wife is a surgical nurse. . . he'll be in good hands. What a relief. Edited June 16 by jazzbo Quote

jazzbo Posted June 17 Report Posted June 17 Took a while to get cool last night! But it is pleasant now. I’ll enjoy the cool while I can–it is due to be scorching this week. Starting off with a box set I pulled from the back row of one shelf. The Complete Riverside Recordings of Bill Evans, cd 4 Trio with Scott LaFaro and Paul Motian, and part of the Quartet with Cannonball Adderley, Percy Heath and Connie Kay. Early digital, remastered by George Horn, sounding quite nice. Quote
