I am generally quite cynical on Chris Corsano. I have seen him wreck performances sometimes. But this is a good record.

This is one where the sound of The Spirit Room bugs me. TOO "transparent", like ok, it's a dead room. But why let it sound like a dead room? A little air or something in the mix, maybe? 

The playing itself is fine.

Fine backup band: the drummer is a gas. This may have

been Fusco's final album. a great loss.
