I'm surprised that you haven't gotten the chance to see Ford play live more recently. I'm pretty sure that he is still living in France. I think he's been living there for almost 30 years now. Almost all of my Miles on Prestige comes from the Chronicles box set. Once they went in the digital library I assigned the tracks to the assocated albums. I dig that whole box. Today I cranked up the volume a good deal and the whole thing came alive. Odd experience because I've always found Criss Cross recording to sound alike volume wise.
