Three of the four cuts are by Intra -- so his voice is more dominant; it feels like Mulligan is a sideman on the date. Intra is shown on the back of the album: From a purely musical point of view, it probably should've been the other way around -- with Intra on the front & Mulligan on the back. Quote

Pausa did that for the excellent Marsh / Konitz record too, which I recently bought following a @JSngry recommendation on this forum. Quote

But most of my Les Jazz Modes material (partly on a gray market label anyway) is in storage and I saw this really reasonably priced. Listening to disc 1, which has the Les Jazz Modes material from this album: and all of this album plus a few tracks from the next album on Dawn. Quote
