The early disks in that set are quite bizarre - broadcasts on BBC Radio 1 in an era when jazz could actually sneak onto that pop channel. Within a few years it had been relegated to Radio 2 and the ‘easy listening’ crowd.

Enjoying a spin of this 3CD Mosaic. Very enjoyable - and in good sound.
