jazzbo
Nucleus & Ian Carr "Torrid Zone: The Vertigo Recordings 1970-1975" disc 2 Listening to this disc 2 again. It has a really nice blend of jazz and funk and that sort of unique British verve that King Crimson and other seminal prog bands were beginning to mine. JSngry
This is a REALLY good record. And this was more than unexpected surprise: Who knew?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
jazzbo
Continuing my way through the Tania Maria catalog. Tania Maria "Viva Brazil" Concord Picante cd Bass – Carlos Werneck, Marc Bertaux Drums – Stéphane Huchard Drums, Percussion – Luiz Augusto Cavani Percussion – Mestre Carneiro Piano, Vocals, Synthesizer, Producer – Tania Maria Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet – Claudio De Queiroz This one is a Tania Maria production, and I like it a lot. There's a real sameness to her catalog, but if the music is this good it's not a problem!
