jazzbo
Hank Mobley "Reach Out" Blue Note Japan 24bit by RVG lp facsimile (gatefold) cd. Wow. This is probably one of the best sounding Japanese RVGs I've ever heard and the best I've ever heard this Mobley date.

Rabshakeh
Oluyemi Thomas - Sirone - Michael Wimberly – Beneath Tones Floor (NoBusiness, 2010) Enjoying this one a lot. I know that some people on this forum aren't sure about Oluyemi Thomas, but I definitely like him here. Sirone has a great (and final) session too. Dewey Redman! Both are good, if not great. I prefer the one with Motian, it's better recorded and a more focused presentation. But both are worth checking out, and on the other one you get the surely unique experience of Gary Valente doing his thing, and then hearing Dewey doing a totally lovely rendition of Star-Crossed Lovers. Hardly life-changing experiences, but life-enriching nevertheless.
