But I gotta say that I whenever I listen to this particular record I am completely captivated by the sound of George Adams' saxophone. Not what he plays or how he plays, exactly. Just the sound. Like he could play one note, and it would be fascinating -- because there's so much happening in that one note, so many smells and textures and feelings.
