jazzbo Posted December 11, 2020 Report Posted December 11, 2020 (edited) SFJazz Collective "Music of Michael Jackson and Original Compositions" disc 2 I confess when I first get to know a few of their tour recordings of the pop music I think "These arrangements and sounds are a bit cheesey" for a few minutes and then BOOM I'm bowled over by trombone solos, or drum and bass grooves, or that alto sax right where it should be and I'm gone on a cool listening journey.
