duaneiac
1958 recordings from dances held at Travis AFB and Mather AFB. Very satisfying. I wonder what bands play at Air Force dances these days (or I guess "the not too distant past days" since there won't be any dances "these days") . . . Referentzhunter
Do yourself a favour and listen to this album and listen again. Classic tracks on this album. His voice strongly reminds to those of Robert Wyatt, David Bowie and also Robert McCartny what is a good sign. He worked for several years together with the ex-drummer of talk talk (Lee Harris) and others on this well-produced album. His voice strongly reminds to those of Robert Wyatt, David Bowie and also Robert McCartny what is a good sign. It's good but not nearly as good as the one classic he's already been partially responsible for (apart from the Talk Talk later albums). Jim Duckworth
Mrs. Duckworth put this one on, drawn, perhaps, by the word "Happy" in the title. I'll take it!
